The deadline to file a claim relating to vehicles manufactured by BMW, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Subaru, and Toyota was August 2, 2022. The deadline to file a claim relating to vehicles manufactured by Ford was March 10, 2025.

This is the informational website for the proposed economic loss class action settlements with Volkswagen/Audi in a class action lawsuit styled In Re: Takata Airbag Products Liability Litigation, Master Case No. 1:15-MD-02599-FAM. The Court preliminarily approved the Settlement with Volkswagen/Audi on November 10, 2021.
