In Re: Takata Airbag Products Liability Litigation

Pursuant to the Court’s Order on January 23, 2023, the BMW, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Subaru, and Toyota Takata Airbag Products Liability Litigation Settlement Programs are now closed. Payment has been issued on all claims determined to be eligible; all other claims have been closed with finality and will not be-reopened. Contact Center agents are no longer available via the toll-free phone line or email address.

All unclaimed funds have been forwarded to the domicile state of the Claimant based on the last known address of the Claimant. You may contact the unclaimed property office for the Claimant’s state of residence, incorporation, or organization (as applicable) to claim any funds for an uncashed check issued by the Settlement Program as all checks are now void. If the Claimant had hired a private attorney, funds were transmitted to that attorney on behalf of the Claimant.

If you need an additional copy of a Form 1099 issued by the Settlement Program between 2020-2024, please send your written inquiry to the following address. Inquiries regarding other issues will be rejected.
