For self-identification, you may send a letter with your name, physical address, email address or phone number, and a copy of your vehicle’s registration form clearly showing the make, model, year, and VIN to Auto Airbag Settlement, P.O. Box 3207, Portland, OR 97208-3207. Your correspondence will be reviewed, and the Settlement Notice Administrator will provide a response on whether you are a Class Member.

In order to receive out-of-pocket expenses or residual payment benefits, you must timely file a completed Registration/Claim Form. To be considered timely, a Registration/Claim Forms must be filed before the claim deadline for the related manufacturer.

Claims relating to BMW, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Subaru, and Toyota manufacturers are no longer being accepted. The deadline to file a claim relating to vehicles manufactured by BMW, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Subaru, and Toyota was August 2, 2022.
